My fourth novel, This Beating Heart, is published in August 2022. It’s about marriage, and fertility, and what happens when, in midlife, you are forced to rethink all your plans and expectations.

I am celebrating publication day - Thursday 18 August - with a launch event at one of my favourite independent bookshops, The Bookseller Crow in Crystal Palace. This was my local until very recently, and the novel is set in and around Crystal Palace, my old stomping-ground and a place still very dear to my heart.

The event is open to the public and, even better, it’s free. Hope to see you there x
